From RICHARD : After Taft I went to Dartmouth, then to the London Academy. I changed my name (now I’m Alfred North) and acted in both classic and avant guard theatre. I went to India, learned Dervish Whirling and returned to the US where I met Haan Endred- also an actor. Together we designed jewelry and sculpture and travelled around the world countless times – from Tibet to Timbuctu and almost everywhere inbetween. Six years ago we bought a house on the coast of Kenya and share our time between there and our Center City house in Philadelphia.
